YouTube Screenshot collects no data. It sends nothing anywhere. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no accounts, and no third party of any kind.
It adds a camera button to the YouTube video player. When you press that button or its keyboard shortcut, the extension reads the frame currently displayed by the video and turns it into an image, which is then saved to your computer as a file, copied to your clipboard, or both, according to your settings.
All of this happens inside your browser, on your machine.

The extension makes no network requests whatsoever. It has no server, and it is not capable of transmitting anything, because it contains no code that sends data anywhere. Specifically, it does not collect or transmit:
Captured frames never leave your device. They are created in your browser's memory and handed straight to Chrome's download mechanism or to your system clipboard. The extension does not upload, transmit, retain, or inspect them.
Your preferences — where captures go, image format and quality, the filename pattern, and whether the player button and confirmation message are shown — are stored using Chrome's own storage.sync API. This means Chrome may sync them between computers where you are signed in to the same Chrome profile, exactly as it syncs your bookmarks. That synchronisation is performed by Chrome, not by this extension, and the developer has no access to it.
You can erase these settings at any time using "Reset all settings" in the extension's panel, or by removing the extension.

There are none. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to anyone, because no data is collected.
The extension collects no data from anyone, of any age.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be published at this same address with an updated date above. Any change that affected data handling would also require a new version of the extension to be reviewed by the Chrome Web Store.
